The company was organized in 1990 to market principally the pharmaceutical products manufactured by Ashford Laboratories (Phils.), Inc. Ashford was a multinational, Hongkong-based pharmaceutical company which transferred operations to the Philippines in 1987. The 5,000 sqm production facilities in Pasong Tamo, Makati, initially engaged in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products for both domestic and foreign traders and distributors. In 1991,  Ashford Pharmaceutical Laboratories was acquired by Mr. Juvencio D. Dizon, Chairman of Vendiz Pharmaceuticals, and thus also became a 100% Filipino owned company.

In 1995, the newly-constructed 9,700 sqm manufacturing facilities in Antipolo, Rizal became fully operational.

Through the years, Vendiz has evolved into a dynamic organization with a team of qualified management professionals spearheading its business development, marketing and sales operations. It also continues to strengthen its partnership with Ashford towards the development of quality pharmaceutical products that will answer the growing health care needs of the Filipino.  Both Vendiz and Ashford are now ready to enter a new phase in their development with greater reliance on modern professional management and strong strategic leadership.

Vendiz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. had transferred its offices twice in Quezon City and in Greenhills, San Juan City.   In 2017, the Dizon Corporate Center was completed and Vendiz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. found a new home. Since 2023,  Vendiz has moved to and now holding offices and operations in the Ashford compound in Antipolo City.

Vendiz Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  currently markets a broad and expanding range of quality healthcare products ranging from ophthalmological and otological preparations, anti-infective, dermatological products, and vitamin supplements.
